Started celebrating 28th Anniversary last Thursday...anticipated some weight gain...gained back three pounds...weighed 157 Thursday and today weighed 160...but am back on the diet and workout routine...I did exercise during this anniversary celebration time, however.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
