Yay! Another loss - I am amazed though, because I've not had a good week with the diet. I have given into temptation many times, because I suffer with extremely bad social anxiety issues and things have happened this week that have made me struggle. I find it difficult to eat big meals - or sometimes anything - when I'm anxious, but then I crave sweet things, especially chocolate as it gives me a slight 'lift'.
BUT I have done quite a lot of exercise this week - I've been on two 10 mile hikes on Monday and Weds, hours of vigorous housework and a shorter walk yesterday. This has obviously paid off, because I've still lost weight despite the struggles with food.
I have already reached my target of 9 stone 2lbs that I'd set for next week, as I'm now 9 stone 1.5lbs, so my next target is my final goal of 9stone by the 21st June. Three weeks to go. Wish me luck! :)
