Weak points - a trip to SAMs Club which we treated as a calorie exempt cocktail party. Also, the chicken soup that had every vegetable I could think of, and enough sodium to kill the healthiest of men.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
