The worst few days eaten nothing but crap and unsurprisingly put on a load of weight :/

Still life is full of setbacks and to quote the great philosopher - it ain't about how you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward!!!
264.0 lb Lost so far: 117.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
