I don’t usually waste my weekends worrying about work the next week, but i am today for some reason. Need to let go of that and get on with living. I guess maybe I’m putting together a game plan in my head. Who knows?

Anyways, medium walk with the dogs yesterday and since it was warm and sunny I jumped into the pool and knocked one completely disastrous session out. Technical difficulties, dogs were getting into it with the neighbors, leaky goggles, it just wasn’t pretty but I finished it. Throwing away another beloved suit as it no longer has stretch, that was the technical issue. I should rephrase that. It stretches, it just doesn’t go back and seems to be actively dissolving. Awkward. 10.2 METs, 719 strokes (I counted higher, but we’ll roll with it), average heart rate of 140. Someone needs to work harder next time. Everything pretty much holding on the numbers, blob staying down. Screwed that up, but it’s slow to load and life goes on.

Things are super slow this morning, so we’ll just get on with it and I’ll make some breakfast while things load. We are a spoiled lot, aren’t we? Finally got it to load, so weekend rules, enjoy the day!

💙this may just me, but worry usually means something I care about could 'go wrong.' typically, once I figure out what I need to do to manage what I care about, the worry is less prevalent. 💙 just in case it helps

Hi Katsolo! I'm still here but I think I need to re-sign on. Appears my follow/followers list & comments are missing. I know they moved them but they don't even show up in the new format. At least I can go to individual journals. I've been busy watching my Aunt's 2 dogs because she has pneumonia. How did I ever get anything done with dogs before?! They are alot like kids! I'm always having to outsmart them. One is a teeny tiny chihuahua and the other a Lhasa apsos. We got snow the other day and they didn't want to go out. Neither did I! Hope all is well. I always enjoy your dog pics! Have a happy Wednesday!

Don't know why I'm only catching up on these now. I swear FS hides things from me sometimes because I looked during the week and none of your posts came up on my feed, but I will just need to click on your name and come take a look more often. Glad you had a walk on the beach with your BF on Sunday! Hope you've gotten most of the work that was on your mind done by now - I'm writing this on Friday morning my time, which is midnight on Thursday evening your time. Hope you have a fabulous Friday when you wake up! xxx
