not happy with my self. Ate to much this week end.. But today is a new day and starting back on watching my calories.. and doing my herbalife..
This is the day the Lords has made and I rejoice and be glad in it....
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
