Time is going by so fast that I have lost track of alot of things. I still walk alot. When winter comes, I will be slowing down alot. Hopefully I will get back on track of eating proper & using flaxseed & etc. I haven't gained but I haven't lost anymore either. I feel FAT. Besides losing weight & slimming down, I need to lose a roll of fat I have right above my waistline.
