Just got back to US WATERS ON Wednesday and I'm already disgusted. I had to "move the big bar" on he scale today and that is rather depressing.

I need to lose 10 pounds ASAP and 20 over the next few months.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
