Tomorrow is the big day! I'm hoping to weigh 51 tomorrow so I can start on an even number.

My goal will be to lose 0.7 kg a week ( 0.1 kg per day) with exercise and diet.
My first goal weight is 49 kg . I'm aiming to be under 50 kg , it will take me so 3 weeks ( 15 June-ish).
My over all weight loss goal is 37 kg , that will be accomplished over the period of 5 months.

I'm trying to lose the weight slowly ,so if I "Binge" I wont gain so much back
112.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! Remember many factors go in to weight loss and we don't always lose at the rate we think we should. It all adds up and takes us to goal. You look like you are doing great though.
