Tomorrow is the big day! I'm hoping to weigh 51 tomorrow so I can start on an even number.
My goal will be to lose 0.7 kg a week ( 0.1 kg per day) with exercise and diet. My first goal weight is 49 kg . I'm aiming to be under 50 kg , it will take me so 3 weeks ( 15 June-ish). My over all weight loss goal is 37 kg , that will be accomplished over the period of 5 months.
I'm trying to lose the weight slowly ,so if I "Binge" I wont gain so much back
