I went up a lot . Can't believe how much it can go up in a short time if you do not concentrate on what you are doing/eating!
Have to work very hard this week!
I know it will be a great week filled with discipline, hard work, determination and a lot of thinsporation pictures!
Phone was off so left my annual taking of pictures and measurements to tomorrow. Ill just shift it to every Tuesday!

and with that weight gain I am going back to a Glutenvrij veganistisch dieet . Ill be eating only fruits and vegetables and drinking water and green tea. Exercising regularly for 42 mins a day.

Made it to 49.5 kg but over ate today a bit , well I think so will see what tomorrow tells me. if I did gain ill just lose it again
