I am thrilled to find that I am still 2 lbs under my goal! I was dreading to get on the scale because I have had company all week and I haven't been following my plan as closely as I wanted. It seems like when you have company you do a lot of eating and going out. I had to keep my son and my sister happy and their eating habits are a lot different than mine. When you reach goal and are trying to maintain your weight you get all paranoid about gaining. I will have to admit I did enjoy digging in and eating with the rest of the family.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you only gained a pound from a week of company you still did pretty well. I always struggle when we have people because I don't want the questions about why am I not eating something or being the party pooper who doesn't want to go out. Now you can get back on track and I'm sure that pound will be gone in no time. :)
