weight finally dipped upder 50kg yesterday. seems a bit short lived, apparently, but at least things seem to be moving in the right direction at last. hopefully tomorrow will bring good news again :)
111.6 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
