So for the last few weeks I've been eating a fair bit of couscous and today I found out it is more or less pasta.. PASTA damn you stupid Pasta in disguise :(

This is particularly galling as someone who studied some health and nutrition as part of my degree. Still Couscous has been binned as of lunch today.

Off to Southend to see my brother in play which will be cool (I hope) then the standard meal out etc to celebrate so I'm expecting this to put a dent in my weekly target but whatever who knows maybe I'll be good - 259 is so close now.
261.4 lb Lost so far: 120.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Couscous is actually a tiny pasta, you can get wholegrain versions. For a substitute in the same dishes quinoa is good or if wheat is in your plan course bulgur. There are several other small ancient grains available also if you can locate them.
