It was nice yesterday to have people notice I am losing weight and ask how I am doing it. I took my measurements yesterday and I lost an inch on my biceps, an inch on my thights and an inch on my hips!!!
192.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
