Get a bit more cardio. I've increased my carb intake as instructed by my physical trainer, and oddly weight is decreasing. Still working out, still eating healthy, getting a little more sleep. And, I broke the 195 milestone
194.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
