So, I'm back down to 188. Just gotta keep moving in that "downward" direction. I'm hopeful and will do my best to stay within the boundaries of my eating plan. =D wish me luck.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
