Yesterday was a huge temptatoin day. For some reason, I was really craving crap! I made it through by sticking to the plan and eating what I scheduled myself to eat. By my last meal, I was totally satiated.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
