kind of a weird weigh in we had pizza last night to use up my sons book it. i figured for sure a gain. guess maybe my body needed the food change. see what tomorrow brings.
however today im starting my day with my protein coffee whoot so yummy! 😋
156.2 lb Lost so far: 88.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wouldn’t it be nice if all you had to do to lose 2 pounds is eat pizza? I’d be back at 175 in no time.

It’s possible if you tweak the ingredients and make it homemade. Turn it into a more protein forward pizza with less inflammatory ingredients etc.

That's a great result. Yeah, I can see that sometimes you can be consistently low on intake and not really make progress, and its tough to decide whether to take a little time out and relax on the intake or to press on and hope the plateau passes. You would imagine at some point you would force the plateau to pass, but it can be a very tough call. Clearly the break worked for you and the little cheat, helped :) Best of luck
