Yay me 😃 Although could it be that the scale was wrong? I feel 3lbs in a little over a week is too much. Generally I think 1-2 pounds a week is good and steady enough.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Congrats on your NICE loss!!!!! Yes, be very satisfied any week you get one pound or more...but I wouldn't be OVERLY concerned unless you lose 3+ for two or three weeks in a row (unless you are just killing it with exercise, and then even that is prob. not cause for concern)...You have the numbers right...
