Progressing slowly, but in the right direction.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

The Journey is all about the mental state of mind, being conscious of what is going in your body. Someone once said it takes 30 days to make a habit. Well I have had a lifetime of "Habits" lol so it takes me longer. Bravo for your committment to YOU.
