Hubby means well, but not making any headway with his cooking. Made a lasgna dinner yesterday. Only had a real small piece. but probably enough to stop the scale again. Eating that thin slice of garlic bread didn't help either. Over my carb limit for the day - way over.
It's really hard keeping under those 20 net carbs.

Today is new day.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
