Puppy class last night, unstructured workout with only a mini walk during the day. Everyone is back at work, let the chaos resume. Blob is up a little, but I have two more tuna meals this week, so we’ll see what happens. That’s not a diet thing, i finally bought gorgeous fish and I’m enjoying it for dinner. I also eat bread and cookies sometimes, so there. I’m taking a collagen supplement I was gifted. It’s gross. I’ll finish the container, but I don’t get the allure.

Normalish day today. Back to longer walks and hoping the rain will wait until we’re home. I hate wearing raincoats, they just make me sweaty. I think we’ll get through the morning and this evening will be a coin toss. In positive news, my cinnaminty-fresh car starts when I push the button. No more mices for now. And I’m driving more often like they told me to do.

I eat bread and cookies sometimes too! 👍 I thought it was only me with the raincoats. I even got some ventilation holes (hubby thought I was crazy) sewn into one of mine, but it makes no difference. Glad you've got your car back, and it's all minty fresh!!!🙌

You’re not crazy. My ski jacket has velcro vents under the arms for the same reason. You get hot working hard. 🔥

Glad things are better! I put collagen in a smoothie with 1/2 dose of Superfoods protein, greens and frozen fruit. Then it's not noticeable... it's very good for you and your joints so I keep using it...

I had a mini snickers last night! Oopsie. I'm blaming it on the pain I was in from tweaking my back... As for vents in jackets..didn't know that was a thing.... I use collagen powder daily in my coffee. I can't say it's totally tasteless but I'm used to it so I don't notice it anymore. It definitely helped my thinning hair, my nails and skin. I also see a difference in my joint stiffness.

Wow, you have a lot going on! I tried collagen for a while, but like most things, I think it's just a trend. I'd rather drink bone broth with some nice veggies. I hear you on the raincoat, I got a good one from Columbia that isn't plastic-ee and is kind of pretty too! It’s not hot at all. We all have to have 'our thing' cookies in moderation are totally okay! Gotta live! A nice little binge takes the die out of diet!
