Okay, I really need to restart dieting, been too happy for a while and it is obviously reversing all my progress. Need to drink more fluid. Probably not this weekend but from Monday. Water and tea will be my best friends again.

Don't forget that hormone cycles may play around with your weight a little bit - I am always about 1kg heavier toward the end of my cycle. I don't mean to stop being careful, but try to not be too hard on yourself for small fluctuations.
