Weight loss going great these past couple days! :-) Great part that it was only due to eating better. Now that Ive worked a bunch of overtime I am able to squeeze in some exercise. I am hoping this year I can wear whatever halloween costume of my choosing and to feel great.

143.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb. Still to go: 23.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 5.6 lb a week

Thanks so much! I mainly took it because I have changed my hair. My hair is naturally curly. But since I changed the color I wear it straight now. After I took the picture I realized how much smaller I was looking. So I decided to post it to this site. :-)
