Due to my high cal intake yesterday....(2000+), I am going to cut back as much as possible today. I had my regular breakfast to get my protein and fiber in. but for the remainder of the day it will just be salad and tofu! as well as carrots dipped in peanut butter for snack time. water water water and green tea! because my oh my, staying on the track i was will not get me to my beach body by mid summer! i deactivated my facebook for this. to get on a healthier more active schedule and do get my weight loss taken care of.

I REALLY need to break this habit of eating a bunch of crap. I think I am bored or stressed. Unsure, but it is def making it hard on me to not wanna sit around and eat all day. smh. i went over 2,000 on my calorie goal

Oh my goodness! ashamed! but ima get it together! new goal, weight 120 by may! because my best friend (who also has 3 young daughters) and i are planning a nice summer sexy mama photo shoot. so I need to drop the weight and tone it up! i had some medical issues that contributed to the weight gain, but they are being taken care of and it is safe for me to get started on it again.
