Scale is continuing to move downward. Seems that a few weeks of eating much less, and doing less, followed by a few weeks of eating more and doing more is a good combo! Just listened to a podcast yesterday while I was painting on Sean Croxton's site, with Jade Teta. He was talking about doing this very thing. That our metabolism adapts when we eat the same thing again and again. Mixing it up is less likely to cause adaptation.

Whatever the cause. Glad to see lower numbers on the scale and my clothes fitting a bit looser.

House still not on the market. Been impossible to get a handyman here, let alone schedule them for the work. But it looks like we will get there in about a week. Fingers crossed!
269.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do that now and then, both the way you did and then one weekend I'll eat more and walk less and then switch to eating less and walking more. That's this week.
