Interesting, despite the fact that i was just shy of 10K steps yesterday without a long walk, we’re up this morning, although I am still rolling off the holiday feasting. Blob up, everything else up, but I’m back to eating vegetables and other healthier things.

Busy Monday, life goes on. Press on, press on.
