i haven't been doing as well as i should. i need to do a better job of dealing w/ my triggers. instead of giving in and eating. i think some of my problems may be related to my sleep habits. i'm just not getting enough. i'm going to get into the habit of going to bed at the same time every night and see if that helps.

but i won't give up. i know i can do this
167.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
