I am a 39 year old mother of 2 boys (17 and 9). I decided that I needed to make some changes in my diet and lifestyle after seeing my last lab work. My family isn't all that happy with some of the diet changes that I have made, but the dog loves the lifestyle changes (we walk a lot more).

I hoping to make long-term changes and not weight loss for a specific outing.
