I've been working out for six weeks now. Three days a week I go to the gym and do weight lifting, alternating days between upper and lower body, and 25 minutes of cardio. I'm still hovering in the 236 to 240 range. I'm seeing that working out alone won't do it, so starting today, my wife and I are working on our meal choices. We're going to be eating healthier stuff (starting with black bean vegetarian chili today) and gradually shrinking our portions. I hope to see some progress in two weeks time.
