Out of the last four weeks or so, I have only been tracking my food for the past three days. I started seeing my weight climb again, so a few days ago I decided I needed to get back into tracking so I could hit my goal weight. Also, when I wasn't tracking, I was eating a bunch of stuff that I shouldn't have been: eating out quite a bit, eating the goodies from people at work, etc. Now I'm back to following my calorie goal and I'm on my way down again.
