Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

My body likes 2 meals a day ….

Yesterday was a lazy day..walked 4.5 miles thru the daytime and watched football…

Colder outside this morning…weather man is saying snow on the way by Thursday…he’s been known to be wrong in the past…lol…but it’s getting colder…time will tell…

Todays plan…resistance bands…and walking…nothing special..

Sippin☕️waiting on sun rise…start the day out right…
