70kg on the dot!
I don’t feel grumpy or fat by no means however definitely heavier.
I’m doing a lot of body weight work I’m at the gym twice a week and when I go it’s progressive overload.
Still wanting more shape and I accept I’m going to be heavier in order to do this. I walk 6000+ steps daily without fail.
Christmas season is here and I’m out and about with the kids - holidays very soon!
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
