I fell off a motorised scooter and broke my wrist.
Gym twice this week only lower half as for obvious reason no upper body. Mentally it’s hit me hard because I was getting into a grove with training. To feel good I’ve gone for not the greatest food choices though still not over eating. 10,000 steps daily

still to go: 8.8 lb

I’ll add weight train 4-5 days a week if I’m honest it’s more 4 days a week at the moment.
I also workout with my clients three days a week for virtual PT so I believe this is what’s really holding me accountable physically.
I’m thankful
For that. Core work and strength.

69kg I’ve been here for the last 6 months have gone from 2,400 calories daily to 2,000 now km consuming 130-140grams protein daily fats 60-70grams
Carbs vary 150-200grams daily

I’m stopped cardio training completely.
Daily steps 8,000. (I don’t miss a day)

70kg on the dot!
I don’t feel grumpy or fat by no means however definitely heavier.
I’m doing a lot of body weight work I’m at the gym twice a week and when I go it’s progressive overload.
Still wanting more shape and I accept I’m going to be heavier in order to do this. I walk 6000+ steps daily without fail.
Christmas season is here and I’m out and about with the kids - holidays very soon!

Wouldn’t normally recommend these bars as a must have food however for a treat here and there Absolutely!
Muscle nation choc raspberry jelly bar - really low fat content it’s a winner
