Down a little - bad dinner. Hubby still under the weather, so I decided to eat left overs. Bad decision. Only left was a small piece of lasgna.
Had a couple of bites, but wasn't really hungry.
Have to get back to fixing healthy meals with veggies.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
