Okay, so today is a new day and a new week...I'm all over it and back on track!!

Goals for Week:
5x Jogging
3x Zumba
3x Light Weight Training w/Abs
Everyday - Crunches!

Food - Back to no carbs at dinner

Weight loss goals
I'm currently up, so looking at 1-3lbs loss this week, as I re-stabilize by body.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
