Oh my Goodness! What happened to me last night?! I put on 4 lbs. I know I ate too much at the party, but I didn't expect that kind of gain this morning. I didn't do as much of my traditional exercises last week, but I really burned some calories working on the house and the yard. Well, I'll get back on track this week. It's been months since I was this big.
