Oh my Goodness! What happened to me last night?! I put on 4 lbs. I know I ate too much at the party, but I didn't expect that kind of gain this morning. I didn't do as much of my traditional exercises last week, but I really burned some calories working on the house and the yard. Well, I'll get back on track this week. It's been months since I was this big.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You probably didn't really gain 4 pounds in one night. Its just the food in your belly, it will come off quickly. In order to gain 4 pounds of fat in one night you would have to eat 14000 calories in one day! So be assured that that weight will come off in the next few days if you eat right.

Some of that is water weight. Drink some extra water and stay on track and you'll be fine.
