I'll have to cut back somewhere. Probably need to add more protein in the diet.

I'm up today - so I hear you!!! My sister has been in town and we've eaten out at least once a day. Add an adult beverage with each meal, and you can see my food journal has been off the chain!!! This week forward....back to the plan! I want to see 207 again sooner than not! :)
