It's Day 11 of Missy's 30 day challenge. I feel really good! I kicked my butt in the gym last night and I'm feeling it this morning. I'm going to have to work some other muscles today because my legs need to recover.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
