Day 45: proteins
I still am having sugar withdrawals although it did not affect that I lost some weigh but in my mind I feel horrible for having a cookie. I need to stay away from the cookies
today my goal is to eat more yogurt... every time i feel like i need something sweet I will grab one. It is nice because I can have as much as I want and I love yogurt...
