Well this is frustrating. I tried the first week of OWL, added some almonds and a little peanut butter. Had strawberries twice, got my TOM on Thurs., and overall I've gained two pounds. I'm still in ketosis, I can smell it on my breath. I haven't been cheating or shorting what I put in the food diary. I rarely eat more than 1500 calories, and I believe my macros are the right balance. I'm sincerely hoping it's just water from TOM, but I usually gain that before, not during.
We're taking a day trip today, so I'm not sure what I'll eat besides my snacks, but I have a feeling willpower is going to be low because of all of the aforementioned.
