I think this is because I did not eat at Culver's last night. I'm also so glad that my husband has been reading nutritional contents and is as excited as I am about this. This morning I am starting the Detox7.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
