My analog scale is so hard to read. I think it was between 248 and 250 so I rounded up. Still eating crappy sometimes due to many different circumstances but still trying. Pray God give me the strength to try harder because I need some motivation... it has dwindled immensely.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

You can do it! I find setting a goal of only 10 lbs at a time helps me stay focused and lose quicker.

Thank you guys. Can I use this site to track mini goals? I would certainly like to try that approach and see.

You can change your goal weight at any time, that's what I do now. Each time I lose 10 lbs I reset my goal weight to lose another 10 lbs. Having a goal of 10 pounds is far less discouraging than 50lbs or more. I find myself more committed and even excited as I get closer to losing 10 lbs.
