Blob down, everything else up. Probably some sodium at play here from the tortilla soup. Done with it for now, until the next cold wave. Lots of water today. No walk last night, it was storming, going in a few minutes, not to make it up, but to empty the workday from my head. As it should be. Hoping we have a fantastic sunset.
