Up early two days in a row, but the big project for the week is complete and now we move on to the other two and all the stuff I’ve been ignoring.

Long walk last night, I was super tired after so went to bed early. In all honesty, this is my response to the end of DST. I go to bed early a lot. Still don’t like waking up early, but you do what you gotta do.

I did hit my 1500 move rings award yesterday. We’ll end on that.

Blob receding, everything else is holding. Press on, press on.

158.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it’s a smart scale and while it’s not perfect, the info is useful over time.

Fritzy, this is what I have. I have an older, very basic scale, but i love it. It has gotten me through the plague and more without losing my mind. I think mine is the “Body+” and it was $50 on amazon around Thanksgiving that year. https://www.withings.com/us/en/

You do need a smartphone for the app. That’s where all the data goes although I can also access it on the computer.

It's something I may be interested if and when I get closer to my goal weight. Right now it's just the weight I pay attention to. Hopefully, soon, ill notice looser clothes
