yay I slept 8hrs last night and I have finally hit my first mini goal weight I wanted to get to this weight a couple weeks ago but I am here now, and now on the way to under the 300's and onto my big goal weight..
310.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
