Apparently I carb-loaded too much for the race this weekend..I gained weight! :(
156.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ha..no beer...just took in a lot of carbs on Friday and then went to HuHot with my mom after the race! lol Huhot..gets ya every time!!
