Thankful for Friday but committed to being somewhere tomorrow morning and need to be there by 7, so no rest for the wicked, i guess. Long walk last night, blob holding, as is muscle. All good, I guess. Spent way too much time sitting yesterday. It is chilly this morning, not complaining, but it makes it a challenge to get out of the bed. Nothing new here.
