keeping pretty steady these past few weeks overall, must be. that I'm eating better, meds are starting to be more stable and possibly my stress levels are coming down as well... I can hope so anyway s!!! Have a good week...
126.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
