worked hard outside this week, forgetting to eat but one meal a couple of days and dropped 4#.. not a good thing! drank fluids, but didn't replace calories. gotta do a better job. was happy with 126 or so, but 124 is 6# under my ideal weight. Will see what next week holds...
124.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
